What You Will Be Doing
Development of new machine functions, including:
- Drawing up electrical diagrams
- Designing and programming machine controls
- Selection of electrotechnical and electronic equipment
Maintenance and improvement of existing machine functions, including:
- Finding solutions to replace obsolete components
- Correcting and enhancing machine controls
What You Bring To The Job
- Technical education, Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in electronics, microtechnology, or electrical engineering
- Required knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming (Delphi, C++, C#)
- Proficiency in control systems and drives (Motion Control)
- Affinity with the "world of industrial machinery"
- Experience with Siemens (TIA portal) and/or Beckhoff (structured text, or ladder)
- Skills and a strong interest in automation
- Interest and limitless curiosity for new technologies
- You are a good communicator and have the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary group
- You can take initiative and make decisions
- You are open-minded and work methodically, conscientiously, and independently
- You are flexible, versatile, and willing to work an average of one month per year in India or China
- Travel Requirements: On average one month per year in India or China
- english: C2 – Proficient
Nice-to-Haves
- french: B2 – Upper Intermediate
