What You Will Be Doing

  • You will be responsible for managing and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly sales, key metrics, and promotions to the team and wider business
  • You analyze trading patterns and understanding the seasonal sales curve, reporting insights and identifying opportunities to further maximise D2C sales and profitability
  • Working closely with internal team and key stakeholder counterparts (such as UX, Digital Marketing) to develop a deep understanding of the online users, behaviours, and channel performance to improve campaign execution and personalisation
  • You will develop the Global Online Sales calendar in alignment with Content, Merchandising, UX, Digital Marketing, and Retail (including 3rd Party E-Commerce e,g. Amazon)
  • Creating and updating content for global markets, aligning with the eCommerce strategy and ensuring local legal compliance
  • The role is a permanent role, with initial period dedicated to cover for maternity. In the second stage, the role will develop into a defined area towards data analytics and SEO marketing (establishing strategy with agency for SEO tactics and activities related to DevOps and Content creation)

What You Bring To The Job

  • You possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar
  • You should have at least several years of experience in a similar role within retail or consumer-facing brands
  • You must possess a good understanding of e-commerce and the digital customer purchase journey
  • You should have experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics/GA4
  • You should have basic knowledge of SEO principles (On-Page/Off-Page SEO optimization, Keyword & Content strategy)
  • You have an analytical and questioning mentality with excellent Excel skills
  • You are highly organized with the ability to prioritize heavy workloads and project manage third parties
  • You approach problem-solving proactively and positively
  • You are a dynamic team player with great interpersonal skills
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Travel Requirements: 3 to 4 times a year, travel to HQ in Switzerland or to other subsidiaries
  • english: C1 – Advanced

Nice-to-Haves

  • You have knowledge of any common e-commerce platform (e.g., SAP Hybris, Shopifyplus, Magento)
  • It would be advantageous if you had knowledge of headless structures (e.g., Contenful)
  • Experience with any A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Monetate, Google Optimise…) is an advantage
  • You have any specialization in eCommerce or related fields
  • german: B2 – Upper Intermediate

You will be based in London as part of a small marketing team reporting to the digital commerce department at the HQ in Switzerland, where the rest of the team is situated.
