As a recruiting partner of Galenica AG, we are looking for you as a full-time Enterprise Architect Logistics (a) for the Bern office.📍
In your position, you will coordinate requirements, optimise processes and act as an interface between IT and business for the development of digital products and technical solutions. 🛠️📊 Depending on the topics and meetings, you will have the opportunity to work from home up to 4 days a week. During the onboarding period, you should be on site 2-3 days a week. 🏡

What You Will Be Doing
- Based on the strategies and needs of the business, you derive the functional and non-functional requirements for the various use cases to ensure the further development of digital products and technical solutions
- You work in an agile environment according to SAFe, aligning yourself with the company's agile practices and promoting the optimisation of the processes in place
- You will work very closely with Product Management, Enterprise Architects from other business areas, other stakeholders and suppliers to define the target architecture and technology roadmap within the framework of the specified standards and guidelines and ensure their implementation
- In this role, you will assume overall responsibility for all architecture and technology topics in the value stream and act as a bridge builder for coordination and communication between IT and business
What You Bring To The Job
- University degree (university or university of applied sciences) in computer science or comparable further training such as CAS or MAS e.g. TOGAF certification
- Several years of professional experience as an Enterprise Architect
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in the area of ERP systems such as SAP4/Hana, SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP EWM, their harmonisation and migration
- Leader personality with strong presentation, analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a quick grasp of new ideas
- You have an agile mindset and act with a pronounced customer and service orientation
- Practical experience with agile implementation methods
- Good written and spoken English
- Very good written and spoken German OR French
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in the wholesale & logistics environment
- Knowledge of SAFe
