What You Will Be Doing
- Enhance the preventive, predictive and curative maintenance of the equipment in terms of Safety, PM on Time, PM in Time, First Time Right, efficiency, Costs, MTBF, and MTTR
- Perform regular equipment performance analysis through a PDCA methodology (RCA, Pareto, and Actions) by identifying Key Characteristics in collaboration with the Process Team
- Oversee 8Ds and Task Forces when necessary with all the stakeholders
- Define and mitigate the risks with equipment FMEA
- Support the technician’s team in terms of maintenance, methods, structured troubleshooting, qualifications for the production
- Develop the skills with trainings in order to increase the know-How in a sustainable manner
- Maintain and update documentation in the frame of the Quality System: procedures, checklists, standards and norms, information from equipment suppliers
- Ensure a clear and structured communication throughout the section and the Maintenance department
- Be proactive with the suppliers by tracking the actions and by conducting recurrent interviews in order to have a continuous support and efficiency for the interventions
- Track and Plan spare parts and service contracts costs
- Provide technical inputs on new equipment acquisitions; integrate this equipment from the start into the shopfloor until the management of the obsolescence
- Perform a technological watch through documentation, exhibitions in order to improve the efficiency of the Maintenance, and by the way, the performance of the Manufacturing
What You Bring To The Job
- HES Engineering degree or equivalent
- Several years maintenance experience in Implantation or Metal area as Engineer in Microelectronic
- Expertise on equipment
- Experience with external suppliers
- Project Leader experience
- Technical Referent
- Problem Solving oriented - PDCA
- Organized and Methodical
- 5S, 8D, Equipment FMEA, FDC (Maestria), GMAO, MSA, SPC
- A force for concrete proposals
- Interpersonal skills, Team Work
- english: C1 – Advanced
